Srishti Media Academy is the flagship educational initiative of Srishti Foundation,
committed to shaping the next generation of media professionals through practical,
industry-oriented training.
Our academy empowers aspiring journalists, news reporters, anchors, photographers,
videographers, video editors, digital storytellers, and content creators with the skills
needed to thrive in today’s dynamic media landscape. The curriculum blends classroom
learning with hands-on experience through live projects, field reporting, newsroom
simulations, studio productions, interviews, and internship opportunities.
Guided by experienced media professionals, students develop technical expertise, ethical
journalism practices, creative storytelling abilities, and digital communication skills—
preparing them for successful careers across print, television, digital, and social media
platforms.

Through our school outreach initiatives, we collaborate with educational institutions, engage

and development. Based on these insights, we work to create meaningful educational support

Tribals
Empowering Tribal Communities, Amplifying Their Voices
At Srishti Foundation, we believe that lasting change begins by listening to the voices of tribal
communities. Our mission is to empower tribal families by understanding their challenges,
protecting their rights, and ensuring their concerns reach the authorities and the wider society.
Through regular visits to tribal villages, we engage with community members to identify issues
related to education, healthcare, livelihoods, land rights, access to government welfare schemes,
and social justice. We also create in-depth stories highlighting the lives, struggles, achievements,
and aspirations of tribal communities and children through our news platform, Vijaya Times.
By bringing these stories into the public domain, we help draw the attention of government
departments and policymakers, encouraging timely action and improved access to essential
services and welfare programs.
Beyond advocacy, we conduct awareness programs to educate tribal communities about their
constitutional and legal rights, government schemes, and available support systems. We
encourage individuals to raise their voices against injustice, seek legal remedies when needed,
and actively participate in decisions that affect their lives. Through education, media advocacy,
and community engagement, Srishti Foundation is committed to building confident, informed,
